Exterior Surfaces That We Paint

It is important to be on the lookout for when your home may need to be repainted. The general life-span for good paint is 3-7 years, but for surfaces like wood, which require staining, the span is a pretty consistent 4 years. Before we start to paint or stain wood sidings, we carefully clean the surface. As is the case with all painting projects, be sure to choose high-quality primers and paints for your project.

Painting vinyl siding presents its own set of challenges. First, the vinyl siding must be thoroughly washed with a specific kind of cleaner.
