I did a lot of online research about local painting companies and invited three companies out for an estimate for exterior painting, wood replacement, and other minor exterior repairs. Bear Mountain Custom Painting had the best warranty, the most reactive sales rep, and other good online reviews so I decided to hire Bear Mountain since they were local and other customers were very happy with their work.

The whole process went very smoothly. They offered the best rate after getting several quotes. Before, painting, they prepped the walls by sanding them. I’ve never had a paint company do this before. It made the walls look so much better. They also fixed the nail pops. I highly recommend Bear Mountain.

We recently hired Bear Mountain to paint the roofing structure and supports after we screened in our existing deck. They were able to help us match perfectly the existing colors of our deck and house. Everyone from getting the quote, to office staff, to the work crew were fantastic. Instead of pushing us for a quick job they even advised that we wait to allow the treated wood time to cure before painting. Very trustworthy company with good employees. I highly recommend!!

We hired Bear Mountain to do an unorthodox project, painting basement floors with a polyaspartic. The project didn’t turn out as well as either they or we had hoped, and so they gave us a refund. It’s easy to give good customer service when everything goes well, but it’s a far truer testament to a company’s values when they’re still customer-centric when things don’t go well. I wholeheartedly recommend Bear Mountain, and I’ll certainly be hiring them for jobs that are more in their wheelhouse in the future.

Bear Mountain was a very professional, thorough, and courteous company to deal with. I very much appreciated the COMMUNICATION throughout the process of their painting our kitchen cabinets. That one factor puts them above the rest. The quality of the paint they use is above average, too. They did very good work, cleaned up well, and gladly plan to come back and touch up a few places, upon our evaluation. Highly recommend!

Very efficient, diligent and professional workers for complete exterior painting of our house including several rotted wood replacement projects. Luis Lopez crew caulked and painted carefully completing everything in about 6 workdays. Joshua Hernandez was the customer service person who sought to assure that we would be happy customers and he was very easy to communicate with about job requirements.

Bear Mountain Custom Painting Inc did an amazing job! Great price and were able to work on such a short notice. My loft also has very tall ceilings and they were able to take care of it all. The Bear Mountain crew headed up by William were great. They arrived on time and kept me in the loop on any issues they discovered during the project. We’re very happy we chose BMCP to brighten up our kitchen and paint our new front porch. Our kitchen cabinets used to be a dark espresso brown and they are now a bright white and our new porch is now white as well. William and his crew did an exceptional job. We had some difficult areas in the kitchen (a built in wine rack) but his team was able to paint every nook and cranny. Also, huge shoutout to Holly in the front office. She has amazing communication skills and made sure all of our needs were taken care of throughout the project. BMCP will definitely be the first call I make for all future painting projects.
