Bear Mountain Custom Painting is a highly successful, full service residential painting and remodeling business located in the North Atlanta Metro suburbs. We are growing rapidly and now searching for an additional Sales Consultant to join our sales team.

Job Responsibilities:

Ability to conduct pre-sales phone calls, as well as follow up calls with potential and past clients
Possessing extensive product knowledge over several types of mediums such as paint/paint applicators, windows, doors, etc.
Ability to spot rotted wood
Ability to use and give precise readings of a tape measure
Ability to work in all weather conditions
Computer Literacy to compute and distribute quotes to clients
Driving to various locations across North Georgia/Atlanta

Job Requirements:

Sales experience (2 years, Preferred)
Goal driven
College degree (Preferred)
Deadline-focused and results driven
Respected for your strong people skills and commitment to world-class service
Interested in professional achievement and further development
Strong desire to play an active role within a dynamic and competitive team
Skilled at overcoming objections and asking for the sale

Additional Information:

Very attractive compensation package (six-figure potential with base salary, commissions and bonuses)
