I did a lot of online research about local painting companies and invited three companies out for an estimate for exterior painting, wood replacement, and other minor exterior repairs. Bear Mountain Custom Painting had the best warranty, the most reactive sales rep, and other good online reviews so I decided to hire Bear Mountain since they were local and other customers were very happy with their work.

There was nothing Bear Mountain couldn’t do. We had firm quotes for exterior painting, new gutters, rotten wood replacement, and a few shingle replacements. In the middle of the project I also decided to replace my shutters and they completed that for me, too.

During the work I received many follow-up calls on how the work was progressing, how I was feeling about it, and any other item I or Bear Mountain wanted to discuss. All additional work orders I wanted completed were emailed to me for review within 24 hours.

Throughout terrible weather, cold, and mud in the back-yard, the finished project is fantastic. Bear Mountain also discussed how to keep the paint lasting a long time as well as other services they offer when I decide to have more work done.

Overall I am extremely pleased with their work. The crew was friendly and hardworking. The ongoing communications with the project team was nice and professional. Our house looks great!
