They were responsive, followed through with communication, and professional across the board. The painting crew was well trained, prompt, courteous, hard working, and did an excellent job. This is the second time I have used Bear Mountain Custom Painting for significant painting in my home and they did not disappoint. From the estimate phase through the end of the project (still have touch ups to complete), everything has been a pleasant experience. I was extremely fortunate to have Jeffry as my project lead – WHAT A GEM! Ask for him! His attention to quality and detail was superb! I had several multi story rooms painted including the ceilings, sheet rock repairs, deck repairs and frames built for the large mirrors in my master bathroom. Also had exterior pressure washing, gutter cleaning and leveling, exterior painting and stucco repair. Everything was done top notch. Jeffry repaired a hole in the kitchen ceiling from a leak that you would not be able to locate today. He also built the frames for the mirrors having never done it before. He did a beautiful job with the cleanest mitered corners. He really takes pride in his work and is an asset to the company and ensures the work done by those in his crew is also nicely done. They aren’t the least expensive painters around, but you will end each day with a tidy home and will have peace of mind that everything will be completed to your satisfaction. The entire staff at Bear Mountain is a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them!

The level of professionalism was not just in the front office it was also displayed with the painters themselves. The work was performed on time and correctly. Bear Mountain did a very good job, overall. I found them to be professional in every way. However, I did end up paying $600 more than was originally discussed due to some communication issues. They did work with me, though, and in the end I am very happy with my paint job. I would use them again.
