I did a lot of online research about local painting companies and invited three companies out for an estimate for exterior painting, wood replacement, and other minor exterior repairs. Bear Mountain Custom Painting had the best warranty, the most reactive sales rep, and other good online reviews so I decided to hire Bear Mountain since they were local and other customers were very happy with their work.

The whole process went very smoothly. They offered the best rate after getting several quotes. Before, painting, they prepped the walls by sanding them. I’ve never had a paint company do this before. It made the walls look so much better. They also fixed the nail pops. I highly recommend Bear Mountain.

We recently hired Bear Mountain to paint the roofing structure and supports after we screened in our existing deck. They were able to help us match perfectly the existing colors of our deck and house. Everyone from getting the quote, to office staff, to the work crew were fantastic. Instead of pushing us for a quick job they even advised that we wait to allow the treated wood time to cure before painting. Very trustworthy company with good employees. I highly recommend!!

We hired Bear Mountain to do an unorthodox project, painting basement floors with a polyaspartic. The project didn’t turn out as well as either they or we had hoped, and so they gave us a refund. It’s easy to give good customer service when everything goes well, but it’s a far truer testament to a company’s values when they’re still customer-centric when things don’t go well. I wholeheartedly recommend Bear Mountain, and I’ll certainly be hiring them for jobs that are more in their wheelhouse in the future.
